Dear Secret Pal,

I know that we are all having to deal with the struggling economy, however this was not a new concept when you signed up for being a secret pal.  I know that it's not supposed to be about receiving but about giving.  Let me be the first to say that I have enjoyed finding those little gifts that will put a smile on the face of my secret pal.  With that being said, it is extremely disappointing when my secret pal has put absolutely no thought into making me smile (just a note or card would be nice).  It's November now and three months have passed with nothing.  If I do receive something on the last day, am I suppose to act as though this was all okay and acceptable? So, I must say that due to this sad fact, I will not engage in this supposedly fun and friendly game again.
